As you may or may not know, I have been working as the Head of Strength & Conditioning for Bay Area Christian School for 2 and half years. I work with the high school male and female athletes. As we dive deeper into our training methodologies and programming in these blogs I will be referencing both what we do at the gym and what we do at Bay Area.

This is important because training in an individual or small group setting, like in the gym, is different than training in a large team setting with 40-60 athletes at a time. Our methodologies work in both settings, but the densities and intensity with which the work outs are prescribed are different.

It is our ability to change and adapt the methodologies to the population that we are working with that sets JASAT’s programming apart. When you come in the gym you have coaches that have the ability to train 40-60 athletes at a time and still create gains so imagine what we can do in a smaller setting with you. JASAT can and will improve your athletic performance and we are looking forward to the next session with you!

Speed is a learned skill.
