SPEED & AGILITY
Designed to teach proper running fundamentals. Students learn where to place their hands, feet, and arms to achieve proper angles within their own bodies. Instruction is through a mix of explosive and plyometric movements which also increases aerobic and anaerobic work capacity.
STRENGTH
Designed to be suitable to your strength level – based on how you move to increase functional mobility, strengthen core posture, and increase athletic performance. The focus is more on technique than the amount of weight that needs to be lifted.


COLLEGIATE PREP
Designed to get athletes ready for the rigors of college athletics by combining the methodologies of our Strength Program, Speed & Agility Program, and overall aerobic/anaerobic conditioning.
TEAM TRAINING: OFF & IN SEASON
Our trainers work with the team to design a program that will fit the team’s needs and help them achieve the goals that have been set forth. Programs will vary from team to team based on their needs.


ADULT FITNESS: HUMAN PERFORMANCE
Designed based on the same methodologies we use with our athletes, only slightly altered to meet the demands of adult physiology. Classes will increase overall joint mobility, aerobic and anaerobic work capacity, and allow clients to feel better in their own bodies as they go through a normal work day.
