For all classes, except Personal Training and Privates, you have the entire week’s schedule to get the number of days allowed by your membership. The days you come are not locked in, and can change from week to week. You just need to reserve your class to reflect the days you will attend.

Results differ from athlete to athlete. It is up to the athlete to apply the skills and work hard to master the skill so improvement can be quantified.
